This estimate reflects the full journey of an order, including preparation, packaging, dispatch, and transportation through our logistics partners. While this range serves as a helpful guideline, it should not be viewed as a fixed or guaranteed delivery date. During periods such as major holidays, special promotions, or times of unusually high order volume, both processing and transit may take longer than usual. Business days are counted as weekdays only and do not include Sundays, national holidays, or days when carriers suspend operations due to severe weather or other extraordinary conditions.

Accurate shipping information is essential for successful delivery. Customers are responsible for reviewing all address details carefully before placing an order, including the recipient’s full name, street address, apartment or unit number if applicable, postal or ZIP code, and contact information. Once an order has been submitted, shipping details cannot be changed. Carrier systems operate on fixed routing processes, which means we are unable to accommodate address modifications, special delivery instructions, or scheduled delivery times after confirmation. Providing a complete and correct address from the start greatly reduces the likelihood of delays, failed delivery attempts, or returned packages.

Although we coordinate closely with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to meet estimated timelines, certain aspects of the delivery process remain outside of our direct control. Events such as extreme weather, transportation disruptions, customs inspections, regional congestion, or carrier backlogs can impact transit times. Errors or omissions in address information can also lead to complications. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, customers will be notified promptly. Depending on the circumstances, options may include shipping available items separately, issuing a refund for the unavailable product, or canceling the order if necessary.

We offer standard shipping at no additional charge because we believe customers should not have to pay extra simply to receive their purchases. However, successful delivery depends on the accessibility of the address and the ability of the carrier to complete the drop-off. If multiple delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to restricted access, incorrect information, or the absence of a recipient, the package may be returned. In these situations, the order will be canceled and a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package can help prevent missed deliveries.

Tracking information is provided so customers can follow their order from dispatch to final delivery. Updates may not appear every day, particularly when a package is moving between facilities or countries, but they offer a general view of the shipment’s progress. If tracking appears inactive or unclear for an extended period, our support team can assist in reviewing the status and contacting the carrier when necessary.

Certain conditions may prevent an order from being shipped, such as unsupported destinations, addresses that do not meet carrier requirements, or items selling out before processing is completed. We are unable to ship to post office boxes, and all orders must be sent to a physical street address. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorized.

If an order arrives and the item received is incorrect, customers should contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. For preference-based changes such as size or color, returning the item and placing a new order is typically the fastest solution.
